Our Mission
We are a small support group, helping young men that struggle with depression, anxiety & other mental health battles.
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month we will meet at Pen Y Bont Fitness with total privacy to chat, relax, listen or escape from the every day struggle we go through constantly being dragged down by the big black dog.
Absolutely anyone and everyone are welcome to join our evenings without any judgement or pressure.
Always remember those big, overwhelming thoughts are conquered by one small step at a time.
